What we keep

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo. We do not see your Google password, contacts or anything else in your Google account.

If you choose to add them, we keep your measurements, your delivery address and your mobile number.

The studio adds the orders you place with us, on WhatsApp or in person, and the reward points they earn. Orders paid on the website come to us from Shiprocket Checkout with your name, phone, email and delivery address.

Comments, market tips and suggestions

If you comment on a story, add a tip to a market guide or suggest a market, we keep what you wrote, your name and your email. Nothing appears until the studio has read it, and suggestions never appear. Market tips show only your first name, and any photos you add; your browser removes the photo’s location data before sending it. Comments show your name. Your email is never shown. Ask us on WhatsApp to remove anything you posted.

Why

To stitch to your measurements, deliver to your address, show you where your order is and how many points you have. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not use them for advertising.

Where it is stored

Account details are kept in a private database with Sanity (sanity.io), which only the studio and this website can read. The website runs on Vercel. Both store data outside India under their own security and privacy terms.

Deleting your account

Sign in and choose "Delete my account" at the bottom of your account page. Your measurements, address and points are removed straight away. The studio keeps its own record of orders already placed, as any shop keeps its bills, but they are no longer linked to you. You can also ask us on WhatsApp to delete everything.

Analytics

Like most sites, this one measures visits with Microsoft Clarity, LogRocket, Google and the Meta pixel to see which pages help and which do not. Clarity and LogRocket record how pages are scrolled and tapped, with anything typed into a form hidden. These do not receive your name, email or phone number.
